PRE-ORDERS

Pesanan Pre-Order

Each pre-order item is made in limited quantity and crafted upon request. Kindly allow the estimated time stated on the product page for creation and dispatch.

Setiap produk pre-order dibuat dalam jumlah terbatas dan diproses berdasarkan permintaan. Mohon beri waktu sesuai estimasi yang tertera di halaman produk untuk proses pembuatan dan pengiriman.

  • Delays due to production or transit do not qualify for refunds.
  • Please refrain from email inquiries unless the estimated dispatch window has passed.
  • If your tracking number hasn’t been received within the timeframe, kindly contact: logistic@monicaardhea.com.

– Keterlambatan produksi atau pengiriman tidak dapat dijadikan alasan untuk pengembalian dana.

IN-STOCK & CANCELLATIONS

Produk Siap Kirim & Pembatalan

Orders for in-stock items are processed within 3–7 business days before shipping.

Pesanan untuk produk yang tersedia akan diproses dalam 2-3 hari kerja sebelum dikirim.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are ready. For separate shipping requests, please email us. Additional charges may apply.

Jika pesanan Anda mencakup produk pre-order dan siap kirim, seluruh pesanan akan dikirim bersamaan saat semua item tersedia. Untuk permintaan pengiriman terpisah, silakan hubungi kami. Biaya tambahan mungkin berlaku.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Perubahan Alamat

We are only able to update your shipping address before the label has been generated. Once a label is created or the parcel is in transit, no changes can be made.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped from Yogyakarta using trusted local couriers.

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

– Biaya kirim dihitung otomatis saat checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Pengiriman Internasional

We ship internationally via DHL Express. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, although delays may occur due to customs processing.

Kami melayani pengiriman internasional melalui DHL Express. Estimasi pengiriman adalah 3–7 hari kerja, tergantung proses bea cukai di negara tujuan.

  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
  • If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, the original shipping cost and return fees will be deducted.

– Pajak, bea masuk, dan biaya impor sepenuhnya menjadi tanggung jawab penerima.
– Jika paket ditolak atau dikembalikan karena bea tidak dibayar, biaya pengiriman awal dan retur akan dibebankan kepada pelanggan.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

If your order is ready and you wish to arrange express shipping, kindly email logistic@monicaardhea.com. Additional charges will apply and be invoiced separately.

RETURN TO SENDER

Pengembalian ke Pengirim

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or delivery failure:

Jika paket dikembalikan kepada kami karena alamat salah, penolakan, atau gagal kirim:

  • We do not offer refunds for returned shipments.
  • We will hold the package for 7 days. If there is no response, store credit will be issued.

– Kami tidak memberikan pengembalian dana untuk paket yang dikembalikan.
– Paket akan kami simpan selama 7 hari. Jika tidak ada respons, store credit akan dikirimkan kepada Anda.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Paket Hilang atau Rusak

We offer optional shipping protection (2% of your order total) at checkout. This covers loss, damage, or theft during delivery.

  • Without this protection, SHELOUETTE CEO is not liable for lost or damaged parcels.
